GetBidOn.com is a service that enables people to communicate through an
anonymous communication system which will be referred to in this document
as ("the service") subject to the following Terms of Use (TOU"). By using the
Service in any way, you are agreeing to comply with the TOU. In addition, when
using the service, you agree to abide by any guidelines for all
Getbidon.com services, which GetBidOn.com reserves the right to change at any time.
Should you object to any term or condition of the TOU, any guidelines,
or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with the service
in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of GetBidOn.com.

any site other than GetBidOn.com is not our responsiblity
Any offers, requests, or communications from any third parties must be
verified by the user and this responsibility is solely on the user.

any loss, or damage done by a third party who's relationship started

CONDUCT
As a consumer You agree not to falsely request for bids when you are not
interested in receiving offers or advertising for in that service field.
You agree to not give false information regarding accounts or any
bid requests you submit.
As a business account you agree to not falsely market yourself as a provider.
You also agree that the following is true:
-You are a legal provider of the services you have chosen on your account
-You hold all the local, state, or federal licenses to sell or provide
any services you claim you provide when you sign up.
-You are in good standing with any local laws and you operate your business
within full limits of the law.
-Any response that you give to our users must be completely accurate,
and you must hold true to any marketing that you offer through the Service.
All users agree to not send, request, or in any means communicate in

1) that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory,

10) that constitutes or contains "affiliate marketing," "link referral code,"
"junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or unsolicited
commercial advertisement;
11) that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or
programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any
computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
12) contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted, or make unsolicited
contact with anyone for any commercial purpose;
13) collect personal data about other users for commercial or unlawful
purposes;
14) attempt to gain unauthorized access to Getbidon.com's computer systems or
engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes
with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, the Service or
the our website
LIMITATIONS ON SERVICE
You acknowledge that craigslist may establish limits concerning use of the
Service, including the maximum number of days that Content will be retained
by the Service, the maximum number and size of postings, email messages, or
other Content that may be transmitted or stored by the Service, and the
frequency with which you may access the Service. You agree that craigslist
has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any
Content maintained or transmitted by the Service. You acknowledge that
craigslist reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the
Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice, and that craigslist
shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification,
suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
ACCESS TO THE SERVICE
By signing up to the service you have complete permission to use all

Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation,
if Getbidon.com believes that you have acted inconsistently with our TOU.

You also agree that if your account is terminated, you will not attempt to
reuse the service in any way.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
The Service is protected to the maximum extent permitted by copyright laws

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

indirect, or third party use at anytime. It is a user's sole responsibilty
to validate any business bids. If a consumer receives harm due to the use
of a provider found on Getbidon.com, they agree to hold harmless and
in no way consider Getbidon.com responsible for any decisions or actions
made by any users, Consumers and Businesses.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold GetBidon.com, its officers, subsidiaries,
affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, service
providers, suppliers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand,
including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any third party
due to or arising out of Content you submit or make available through
the Service, your use of the Service, your violation of the TOU, your
breach of any rights, or your
violation of any rights of another.
